The Rediwa C.A.T 3 system with mechanical, punctual, visible clip and hidden logitudinal chemical cord consists, works by the support and retention of the stainless steel clips on the edges of the tiles. The clips are lacquered for a more aesthetic finish.

SYSTEMS DETAILS

• MECHANICAL PART

The clips are anchored to the vertical substructure. In the Rediwa C.A.T 3 Hidden Clip System, the edge of the ceramic tile is industrially mechanised in our factory to ensure that both the depth and width of the grooves into which the clips are inserted comply with the standards.

• CHEMICAL PART

An elastic MS-type adhesive is placed on the critical surface between the back of the tile and the vertical substructure. This absorbs both the wind-induced vibrations and the expansion between the different materials too. In addition, it prevents detachment in the event of accidental breakage of the tile.
